Preheat the oven to 182°C

When reading recipes whether online or in a cooking book (which almost never happens, but it should though) we read about preheating the oven to 170°C or 180°C or 200°C. I never saw someone saying “preheat your oven to 182°C”.

I think we need more of that preheated oven, and not only boring fixed numbers. 

So, next time, just rotate that temperature button a bit more and see what happens. And not only when making food.
